Do you accept insurance?

We do not deal directly with any insurance providers and are not part of Medicare or other networks. By doing so, we can keep our fees fair and transparent while providing top-quality care for you and your loved ones. If you have out-of-network coverage, we’ll gladly furnish a detailed superbill with all necessary diagnostic and treatment codes to help you seek reimbursement. We also accept FSA and HSA cards to make payment even more convenient.

What is your cancellation policy?

You are responsible for attending all confirmed sessions. If you need to cancel, please notify us by email at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid being charged the full fee.

Do you require X-Rays?

In most cases, we don’t rely on X-rays to determine the safest and most effective way to adjust you. Instead, we use specific indicators from your body to guide our approach. However, if you’ve recently experienced a significant injury or have concerns about worsening symptoms, imaging may be advisable. Should the need arise, we’ll refer you to a trusted imaging facility or recommend that you consult your medical provider.
